Fair Share
The Council for Opportunity in Education (COE) is the national organization dedicated to furthering the expansion of postsecondary opportunities for low-income and first-generation students. COE supports the work of approximately 3,000 TRIO programs and professionals in many ways, including:
Advocacy on Capitol Hill
Educational resources
Pell Institute - the first research institute to specifically address issues influencing educational opportunities that impact low-income, first-generation and disabled college students.
Communications on advocacy issues, policy and regulations
Training opportunities
